Last Monday the 40 man Tri-Nations squad, plus a few injured boys who are rehabing for the World Cup, gathered together for what would be an intense and gruelling week of training on the sunny Gold Coast. Some of these days consisted of 2 field sessions of between an hour and a half to 2 hours, as well as 2 weights sessions in order for the boys to get the most out of having the week off and preparing the entire squad (not only those involved with the upcoming tests).
